Another Palin Hit Job: Newsweek Cover Claims Former Alaska Governor 'Bad News' for Everybody
I get it. It's an unabashed dimwitted propagandist hit piece from a far Left rag. That's fine. The only person who still reads Newsweek is the kind of delusional dolt who watches Keith Olbermann for other than a laugh.
But this cover is where Liberal women prove themselves hypocrites and liars yet again.

"The wizards of smart at Newsweek took an image from a shoot of Palin that originally appeared in Runner's World magazine for the cover"
Don't get me wrong. She looks damn good, and good for her.
The use of this image in this context was obviously to demean and objectify her. Supposed "feminists" and others who claim to be concerned about the plight of the poor downtrodden woman in America won't utter a peep about this. If it were someone with the "correct" politics, meaning far-Left, they'd be protesting and screeching about the insult to the gender.
Like her or not, agree with her politics or not, Sarah Palin was a successful Mayor, a successful Governor, stood up to the old fat boys club of her own party, ran a business, was nominated for Vice President of the United States, rallied a significant number of voters, all while rearing several children, and can commercial fish, as well as hunt, gut and provide for those children from right off the land if necessary. And as an added bonus, all of this while looking beautiful doing it.
In short, remove the far Left fanaticism factor and as far as skills go she is pretty much a Renaissance woman, the epitome of what feminism is supposedly all about. She's done it all. She can handle it all.
Does that mean she should be worshiped or even liked? Not necessarily. But when she is mocked or objectified, and in ways entirely based on her gender, women truly interested in promoting respect for women should be outraged.
Because her politics aren't correct, Liberal women, those who consider themselves feminist, gleefully celebrate when she is objectified, mocked and attacked. This is yet another of the countless examples of Liberal hypocrisy and fanaticism. Any woman who calls herself a feminist and looks at this Newsweek cover without being offended proves what she truly is.

I'm not willing to give them that out. This may be the case with some, I'm sure. But it makes excuses for their extreme misandry, making it almost the fault of men, when there is no excuse for it. It's the misandrist Liberal ideology that creates this.
Then it stopped being about justice and started to center on power, power and nothing but
The end result of Modern Liberalism. Straight from Alinsky. Make them bitter and hopeless, then tell them you have the way. You can see it in every Obama speech. You can see it with most Liberal groups.
Blacks. Homosexuals. Women. Latinos.
Once they've followed the way a bit they are so far gone they don't realize all they've bought into, that their view depends on hatred and resentment.
See also, Germany in the 1930s.
This is also one of many good reasons I'm not a liberal -- liberals all make similar errors as far as their take on the world goes. The lot seem to be stuck somewhere in childhood, unable to grow up -- and the hard-core Left take advantage of those naive, intellectually crippled, and rather stupid liberals, manipulating them into doing all the donkey-work of destroying this nation, humanity in general, and the world's living future.
Dead on. And thanks.

Excuse me -- you missed the point of what I was saying. If I was able to chuck that baggage enough to stop projecting my own experiences on the world in general, then, as much as people like them despise me, they should be able to do it to. That they haven't means they have ducked all responsibility for their lives -- and they didn't have to. They know that their attitude is a fraud -- and they still use it on the world. Which is a worse fraud, a damned lie. I cut them no slack -- and I am throwing their fraud right back in their faces. So they were chronically traumatized as children. So fucking what? If I could get out from under that all by myself, then surely, especially with all the group support they have, they can, too. That they haven't makes them despicable. And don't you fucking dare tell me they don't know what they're doing, or why! They do, damn them to Hell anyway. They just revel in it.

I'm no babe, no Sarah Palin, but I worked with that type at the library, and I always got dismissed or even verbally abused for looking nice.

Yes, unless the person is (liberal first and foremost!,) stupid and/or an advertising and misandrist whore. Then they are fulfilling their role perfectly, "empowered" with their complete lack of responsibility.
I always got dismissed or even verbally abused for looking nice.
That's godawful.
